Today we will talk about why the cellulose industry should adopt a horizontal reactor?
First of all, the advantages and applications of horizontal reactors:
The advantage of the horizontal reactor is that the horizontal multi-chamber magnetic reactor is a kind of chemical reaction equipment that intermittently runs multi-chamber reactions. The parts in contact with the reaction medium can be made of various types of stainless steel and titanium, nickel, zirconium and other non-ferrous metals. Made of metal, it has good corrosion resistance during the reaction process.
The kettle adopts a static sealing structure, and the stirrer and the motor are connected by a magnetic stirring system, which has a good sealing effect and stirring effect. The equipment has the largest capital investment, the largest volume, and the manufacturing process allows it. The reaction process determines that it must be manufactured in a closed form. Equipped with a controller to adjust the working time of the heater according to the set temperature to achieve the purpose of automatic constant temperature. In the same way, according to the needs of the stirring load, adjust the frequency converter that controls the stirring motor to achieve the purpose of speed regulation and stirring. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, mining metallurgy, building materials and other industries. It is an ideal equipment for corrosion resistance, high temperature, high pressure reaction, pressure leaching, slurry heating, and extraction processes.
Main technical parameters: volume 2000-20000L, maximum working pressure: -0.1~20Mpa, maximum working temperature: -18~300℃, stirring speed: 0-250rpm, variable frequency speed regulation, propeller stirring is the best stirring method. Refueling methods are oil bath, water bath, steam, molten salt, and outer half-circular tube.
Second, the application of horizontal reaction in other industries:
Horizontal reactors are also widely used in the beneficiation industry. Pressure acid leaching is used to treat low-magnesium oxide and nickel-containing laterite ore, and high temperature and high pressure direct acid leaching laterite ore is used to extract nickel and cobalt. The technology is more advanced, the factory layout is compact, the floor space is small, and the factory environment is clean.
Finally, the structure and parameters of the horizontal reactor process equipment
If leaching with sulfuric acid solution at normal pressure and normal temperature, a large amount of iron (the ore contains 68% iron oxide) in the ore easily enters the solution containing nickel and cobalt. However, with the same concentration of sulfuric acid solution and leaching under high temperature and high pressure (246°C, 3.6MPa), only a small amount of iron enters the solution, while the leaching rates of nickel and cobalt both exceed 95%. The content of alkaline oxidation in the ore is quite low, and there is no need to consume a large amount of sulfuric acid to neutralize the high content of alkaline oxide in the ore.
The amount of pressure leaching sulfuric acid is 22.5% per ton of dry concentrate. The leaching slag contains 51% iron and can be used as a raw material for ironmaking. The leachate is sent to a precipitation autoclave (118-121°C, pressure 1MPa), and hydrogen sulfide is used to precipitate nickel, cobalt, copper and other sulfides. The sulfide concentrate containing 55% Ni, 5.9% Co and 1.0% Cu is produced and sent to the refinery for further refining.
