1、 Working principle of ethanol evaporation tank
The ethanol evaporation tank is based on the principle of heat transfer, which evaporates and separates the water in the ethanol solution by heating. The ethanol solution is injected into the evaporation tank, and the heating system starts working to heat the evaporation tank. As the temperature rises, the water in the ethanol solution gradually evaporates and turns into steam. These vapors are then condensed into liquid water through the condenser at the top of the evaporator and recycled. The concentration of the evaporated ethanol solution gradually increases, and when it reaches the desired concentration, it is discharged from the bottom of the evaporation tank. By controlling the heating temperature and evaporation rate, the concentration of ethanol solution can be regulated.
