What is a deaerator?

The structure principle of deaerator

The deaerator is mainly composed of the following parts: the head of the deaeration tower, the deaeration water tank, and the connecting pipe and external parts.

The structure principle of the deaeration tower head

The deaeration tower head is composed of a shell, a new type of membrane spinner (film tube), a water spray grate, a heat storage filler liquid vapor network and other components. The following is a detailed introduction:

1. Shell: It is welded by a cylinder and an elliptical head. The cylinder of the medium and small low pressure deaerator is divided into two sections, which are connected by a pair of equipment flanges for assembly and maintenance. The high pressure deaerator A manhole is provided on the cylinder.

2. Film spinner (film tube): It is composed of water chamber, steam chamber, spin film tube, condensate connection pipe, supplementary water connection pipe and primary steam inlet connection pipe. The influent water is sprayed from the cyclone to form a spiral water film skirt, which exchanges heat with the primary heating steam. This is a primary deoxygenation. The feed water passes through the water spray grate to contact the rising secondary heating steam for heat exchange. For the second deaeration. The dissolved oxygen content in the water after the deaeration of the film tube can be reduced by more than 90%.

3. Water-sprinkling grate: It is composed of several layers of staggered angle steel. Its main function is to redistribute the feed water after deoxygenation from the spinning film section, so that the feed water will evenly fall onto the thermal storage filler liquid vapor network installed under it.

4. Heat storage filler liquid vapor network: It is composed of mutually spaced flat steel, a cylinder and matching stainless steel wire mesh, where the feed water is in full contact with the secondary steam, and it is heated to saturation temperature for deep deoxygenation, low pressure atmospheric type The dissolved oxygen content in the effluent of the deaerator is less than 10ug/L, and the high-pressure deaerator is less than 5ug/L.

The feed water after deaeration treatment is collected into the lower container of the deaerator, that is, the water tank. The deaerator water tank is equipped with a heat exchange and reboiler device. This device has the following functions and advantages:
