Desulfurization tower
The steel body desulfurization tower is designed, manufactured and checked in strict accordance with the relevant clauses of JB288 "Technical Conditions for Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels". On the basis of the original composite desulfurization tower, the integral desulfurization tower has been transformed and upgraded. The outside of the main body of the equipment is integrally welded with 10-20mm Q235 steel plates according to different models. Compared with the composite desulfurization tower, it is more beautiful and easy to leak during use; the main body lining can be made in various forms. One type can be lined with granite strips or ceramic plates, with acid-resistant mortar grouted in the middle to form a whole with the shell; the other type can be coated with a certain thickness of epoxy resin or glass flakes on the inner surface of the steel shell. Both forms can be delivered as a whole and installed on site; supporting facilities such as platforms, ladders, and liquid supply pipelines can be fabricated and installed on site.
The steel body desulfurization tower has a smooth and flat structure, good sealing performance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, etc., and its service life can be up to 20 years.
The flue gas is blown into the desulfurization tower by an induced draft fan, and a first-stage spray device is installed in the radial air inlet pipe of the desulfurization tower to pre-cool and pre-desulfurize the flue gas. The flue gas after cooling and pre-desulfurization is passed through the desulfurization tower. The middle and lower parts rise uniformly, passing through the high-density spray washing reaction zone and the absorption reaction zone formed by the three-stage spray device. The desulfurization liquid generates extremely fine droplets through the spiral nozzle, which provides a huge amount for the full mixing of the flue gas and the desulfurization liquid. The contact area makes the gas-liquid two-phase full mass transfer and heat transfer physical and chemical reactions, so as to achieve efficient removal of SO2.
The desulfurization tower is equipped with a two-stage dehydration and defogging device. After desulfurization, the flue gas continues to rise, passes through the two-layer folded plate defogging device in turn, and forms larger droplets through multiple collisions of mist and small droplets on the folded plate. The large liquid droplets fall after being separated from the flue gas, and the dehydrated flue gas is discharged through the flue to the chimney.
