新型浮头式换热器浮头端结构,它包括圆筒、外头盖侧法兰、浮头管板、钩圈、浮头盖、外头盖及丝孔、钢圈等组成,其特征是:在外头盖侧法兰内侧面设凹型或梯型密封面,并在靠近密封面外侧钻孔并套丝或焊设多个螺杆均布,浮头处取消钩圈及相关零部件,浮头管板密封槽为原凹型槽并另在同一端面开一个以该管板中心为圆心,半径稍大于管束外径的梯型凹槽,且管板分程凹槽只与梯型凹槽相连通,而不与凹型槽相连通。

在凹型和梯型凹槽之间钻孔并套丝或焊设多个螺杆均布,设浮头法兰为凸型和梯型凸台双密封,分程隔板与梯型凸台相通并位于同一端面的宽面法兰,且凸型和梯型凸台及分程隔板分别与浮头管板凹型和梯型凹槽及分程凹槽相对应匹配,该浮头法兰与无折边球面封头组配焊接为浮头盖,其法兰螺孔与浮头管板的丝孔或螺杆相组配,用螺栓或螺帽紧固压紧浮头管板凹型和梯型凹槽及分程凹槽及其垫片,该结构必要时可适当加大浮头管板的厚度和直径及圆筒的内径,同时相应变更加大相关零部件的尺寸;另配置一无外力辅助钢圈,其圈体内径大于浮头管板外径,钢圈一端设法兰与外头盖侧法兰内侧面凹型或梯型密封面连接并密封,另一端设法兰或其他结构与浮头管板原凹型槽及其垫片或外圆密封。
